The creations offered by the Gold Shoemaker Club are unique, fully bespoke products, crafted to order and tailored to the client. For this reason, under EU Directive 2011/83 and Italian Consumer Code (Art. 59, letter c), the right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply.
There is no cancellation, withdrawal, or refund after an order is confirmed. Full details regarding:

are accessible exclusively to members inside the Reserved Area.
7. Limitation of Liability
